P&B Valises et Compagnie Inc., formally a partnership was established in 1984 and later incorporated and registered with the Philippine Securities and Exchange Commission on  December 06, 1994 with registration no. AS094-00011073.



Primarily a manufacturer and exporter, P&B directly employs 180 craftsman with a subcontract network of almost 300 persons.



The headquarters and main manufacturing facility includes 30,000 sq ft of covered area, with exterior loading docks, staff housing and a self sufficient power plant.



The flagship retail store and showroom is located within the Shangri-La Hotel  in Manila.  While this operates primarily as a display site for international export business, products with registered trademarks “PRIZMIC & BRILLTM”  and  “ DESIGN ETNIKA TM”  are also promoted  within the domestic market.
