Job Qualifications :

A minimum of 5 year(s) of working experience is required.Candidates must be a Vocational Diploma / Short Course Certificate holder in Others or similar fields.With a minimum of 5 years in maintenance highly developed team.Has management and excellent technical skills.With associates degree in Engineering (advantage)Good communication skills nd can speak in EnglishWith Electro-Mechanical work experienceWith Building Management System (BMS) license.Must have valid driving license in Philippines.Should have knowledge in maintenance related aspects such as carpentry, masonry, painting, plumbing and ElectricalThe candidate should be able to direct, inspect, and monitor the quality of work performed by the Maintenance TechniciansShould have a strong personality and leadership skills. Someone with courageous attribute in the implementation of company policies and procedures.Knowledge in Mechanical Electrical Plumbing & Carpentry
