Duties and Responsibilities:Setup and qualify equipment for new development projects.Repair and maintain production tools and machineries.Conduct root cause analysis and provide, implement and monitor corrective actions for process and machines related issues.Participate in Cost reduction ideas and projects.Generate technical specifications for new tooling and equipment.Review and interpret customer drawings.Required Qualifications:Graduate of Industrial Technology, Mechatronics and other related courses2 years and above experience in Harness industryAt least 2 years experience in machine trouble shooting and setupProficient in using Microsoft OfficeAble to analyze and evaluate data in order to find ways to improve efficiency and qualityHas a technical capability on wire harness and capable of recommending and assessing manufacturing practices for compliance with standardsCapable of reading and interpret technical drawings.Knowledgeable in operating, maintaining wire harness manufacturing tools and equipment such as:o  Applicatorso  Automatic cutting and crimping machineo  Semi-automatic crimping machineo  Soldering equipmento  Injection Molding Machineo  Wire Harness Tester (Continuity and High Voltage Test)Must be willing to work in shifting schedules, render over time and work during weekend.
