Job Description:
Planning
· Reviews plant capacities and toll mill volume for the planning.
· Coordinates regularly with the Customer Service Department for the production planning and scheduling of toll mill volume
· In-charge of raw materials requisition planning and coordination with Purchasing.
· In-charge of the warehouse planning and warehousing of raw materials and finished goods.
· Reviews actual toll mill volume vs forecast for future planning.
· Ensures toll mill volumes are produced on time and according to customers' specifications.
Organizing and Monitoring
· In-charge in the evaluation and acceptance or receiving of raw materials in coordination with QA.
· In-charge in preparation of raw materials prior to production.
· Responsible for documenting and controlling raw materials and finished goods inventory.
· Keeps all documents and records organized so that they are readily identifiable and retrievable.
· Facilitate loading and delivery of finished goods to customers.
· Monitors toll mill fees indicator, analyze and update management weekly as needed.
· Ensures that accurate data is encoded in the system (SAP) for all RM deliveries, Production and FG Pull out on time.
· Monitors the conformance of toll milling activities to agreed standards and tolling agreement.
Ensure good sanitation and orderliness of the warehouse area
Qualifications:
· Strong working knowledge in Manufacturing Industry and its associate equipment (Feed mill experience is an advantage)
· 1 year of previous related experience
· SAP experience is a plus
· Graduate of Industrial Engineering or equivalent.
· Self-motivated/Self-starter
· Ability to identify and prioritize workload.
· Good analytical skills
· Punctual and Agile to attend to abrupt concerns.
· Strong verbal and written communication skills to communicate effectively with subordinates, peers, and superiors
