Ensures that the roster/employee database and other application tools for new hires, movement and termination are updated.Gathers historical data for flights, pax load, on-time performance and shrinkage. Compare actual results to forecasted numbers and identify opportunities for improvement.Reviews of forecast requirements (flights, pax load, on-time performance, FTE/headcount, shrinkage and recurring training plans) and make adjustments as necessary.Generate short/long term forecasts for flights, pax load, on-time performance, FTE/headcount requirement, shrinkage and recurring training plans.Provides trend analysis for FTE/headcount requirement and shrinkage (e.g. attrition, absenteeism)All other duties related to the role as determined by the business or leadership.Qualifications and ExperienceCollege Graduate or with equivalent work experiencePreferably with 4-5 years of combined experience specializing in forecasting/scheduling/real time monitoring or resource planning.Has excellent organizational skills and who can navigate his/her way well in MS office and other database generating applications.Flexible and can quickly adapt to the changing business needs and processesWith high level of attention to detail and has excellent follow up skillsWith excellent analytical skillsWith good problem solving and critical thinking skills.With excellent verbal and written communication and comprehension skills.Willing to work on shifting schedules, weekends and holidays.
