JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

Bachelor's Degree preferably in Criminology or EngineeringWith 3 years experience in supervising security related operationMust be Certified Security Professional (CSP License)Must know how to drive: License Code 12With good verbal and written communication skillsProficient in MS Applications (Excel, Word, PPT, and etc.)

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

Visits and supervise the security operations of all TIIC sitesImplements the 3 Major Aspects of Security - Physical, Personnel, and document & Information Technology SecurityConducts periodic sire/post audits and inspections in all sites to ensure compliance to orders and other security programs/instructionsMonitor and review CCTV and partrol SystemConduct security investigationsConduct Security Orientation to New Hires - Security guards or any TIIC Employee when requiredCoordinates with security service provider for relevant trainings for guardsAttend security related trainings and seminars as directed by the Security Manager
