The company is looking to add a sales enable resource through a Lead Generation Specialist. A professional who collects and evaluates quality leads for potential sales opportunities. Lead Generation Specialist will focus on assisting the Sales Team in acquiring and analyzing new leads aligned with the product and services we sell.
Lead Generation Specialist will also manage the excess lead generation workload and refine the sales process. Lead Generation Specialist performs minimal database management tasks such as CRM administration and duplicate checking.
ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Generate and Manage Leads
• Make sure to supply sufficient quality leads for the Sales Team’s operation promptly
• Basic CRM tool (Customer Relationship Management tool) management and administration
• Assist Sales Team with any leads-related inquiry
• Identify and catches possible duplicate leads
• Assign and delegate quality leads to all Inside Sales Representatives/Specialists
QUALIFICATIONS
• Minimum of 1-year experience working on US businesses and clients specializing in lead generation for an Outbound Sales
• Excellent written, communication and interpersonal skills are mandatory
• Knowledgeable with CRM tools (ZOHO, Salesforce, etc.)
Experience with lead mining tools such as Reference USA, ZoomInfo, etc.Basic databa
se management skills (adding and deleting items)
• Experience with the US demographics and industries
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
