Job Scope:

Overall main coordinator and point person for Merchandising concerns based in Manila. He/She will work with the Luzon Merchandising Product Development, Buying and In-house Brand Manager in terms of supplier sourcing and canvassing, in-house brand and outright production quality control, maintenance of sample, conduct supplier visit and coordination. Also assist Buyers in every buying trip in Manila in preparing the supplier’s samples and PO worksheet with Photos chosen by buyers, as well as coordinating with Buyers on schedules and administrative Manila works. Coordinate with suppliers on deliveries and other issues and concerns, facilitate the releasing of official system purchase orders, barcode tags, memos and letters as well as coordinate for payment and cheque concerns in Manila.

Job Requirements:

Education: College Graduate or any Associate coursesExperience in related industry or experience in Purchasing or Acquisition Department is a plusKnowledge and Skills: Knows basic mathematical equations. Good in mathematical computation is an advantage. Computer Literate.
