DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Responsible for monitoring approved MBA of Principal and ensure timely submission of reimbursement billingCoordinate and collaborate w/ concerning departments to resolve reimbursement issues and concernsTimely processing and issuance of Debit noteCollaborate w/ Principal Finance Counterpart and ensure alignment of balances and processPrepare Monthly report and status of MBAOther tasks assigned by immediate head
