Job Responsibilities

Full set of account (include day to day accounting duties, AR & AP, bank reconciliation, journal entries)Monthly close of management account and report to holding company in SingaporeCash flow management and financial forecastEnsure financial transactions and documents are accordance with internal control proceduresLiaise with financial and tax auditors and submit monthly / annually based on Philippine’s submission requirements (WHT, VAT, Income tax etc.)Keep up with accounting standard, local regulations and legislations including employment lawAny other finance relevant duties as assigned from time to time

Job Requirement

Candidate must possess Bachelor Degree in Finance & Accounting or Banking or any related coursePreferably a CPA licensedMinimum of 10 years working experience is required in this positionExperience in handling Full Set of AccountsIn-depth knowledge in taxation, and corporate finance principal & proceduresAdvanced level in MS Office, Excel and good knowledge of accounting software like AX System will be more advantagesDetail-oriented and can meet tight deadlines and multiple projects simultaneously
