Reporting to the Finance Manager, this position will be an accounting and finance all rounder that will focus on the Accounts Receivable function. The successful candidate will deliver revenue assurance by driving improvements in process and accountability.

Duties and responsibilities:

Responsible for accounts receivable function of the business.Generate sales invoices along with managing customers’ queries and ensure prompt investigation to any disputes.Ensure and track client purchase orders to the correct invoice.Forming relationships with external clients within the payment area to ensure timely collection.Daily correspondence with internal and external stakeholders on billing and invoice payment matters.Manage the weekly reporting requirements.

QUALIFICATIONS

1-2 years of experience in billings/ accounts receivable/ credit control/ invoicing functionStrong written and verbal communication skillsAttention to detail and proactive, focussing on accuracy and completeness of all processing

The ability to establish a good rapport and relationships with Consultants and Management
