RESPONSIBILITIES:
Designs, implements, and manages sales forecasting, planning, and budgeting processes. Establishes high levels of quality, accuracy, process consistency, and proper integration of forecasting, planning, and budgeting with the other planning processes within the organization.Provides leadership to the sales team in implementing the function’s objectives that appropriately reflect the organization’s business goals.Ensures assignment of equitably sales team quotas and ensures that the organization’s financial objectives are optimally allocated to all sales channels and resources.Partners with other functio
nal heads to identify opportunities for sales and marketing process improvement.Facilitates successful implementation of new sales and marketing programs by ensuring that well-defined and efficient processes are in place.Ensures optimal deployment of the sales team and makes recommendations for changing sales roles, coverage, or team co
nfigurations in order to maximize sales productivity.Ensures sales and marketing reports and other internal or external intelligence are provided to the sales team and Executive Committee. QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Accountancy, or another industry-related field is requiredAt least 5 years of sales or sales management experience in software development and outsourcing and at least 5 years in sales operations, business planning, or sales support management role with adept knowledge in digital sales and marketing strategies.
