Site Location: McKinley West, Taguig City

Shift Schedule: Shifting Schedule

Work Setup: 100% Onsite

Position Summary:

The Site IT Analyst Tier 2 is responsible for providing technical support with the knowledge of Systems administration , Network , Telecommunications and desktop support management as well. Demonstrating technical knowledge and positive customer service to Support and Operations.

Functional Responsibilities:

Provides support to the IT team in the configuration of desktops suited for client operational requirements.Ensures that TI desktops are in compliance with IT-approved standards and specifications by random audit and spot checks of PCs in production.Installs, configures, administers, and ensures system security of the Company’s servers within specific environments (i.e. Microsoft server 2012/2016). Ensures the stability and efficiency of servers and computer based systems.Handles and manages the troubleshooting and resolution of problems and issues in a timely and professional manner, and that such activities are documented properly either through reports or reporting modules (ex. ServiceNow).Conducts equipment preventive maintenance, upgrades, as well as records maintenance to ensure that IT Systems infrastructure meets high standards of reliability and availability.Works with other groups / colleagues within the I.T. Department to help establish the standards of system architecture, data communications, and system security. Disseminates those standards for program-wide compliance.Conducts regular maintenance such as server, storage, and database back-up activities (i.e. automatic backup routines, testing data integrity, offsite storage of media). Copies all files from the servers to storage media for archiving and disaster recovery purposes.Monitors the data network utilizing specialized network management tools. Identifies, isolates, and escalates network problems to the Sr. Network Administrator/ Tier Discusses the best option for resolving such network problems to ensure smooth and trouble-free operations of the company.Addresses the technical needs of external Client’s I.T. counterparts as cascaded by the Sr. Network Administrator. Communicates through email and / or attends conference calls to calibrate on Client requirements to improve daily call center Operations.evaluates current networking systems and infrastructure and recommends further enhancement and improvements. Keeps abreast with the latest technology on network administration to maintain optimum network performance.Performs daily checklist for global PABX network monitoring and administration activities utilizing specific PABX management tools (i.e. Avaya PABX, CMS). Isolates and resolves voice related problems to maintain the smooth and trouble-free call center Operations of the Company.Manages the configuration of global PBX equipments (i.e. Logins, phones, voicemails) Including trunk line routing via IDD/NDD calls for inbound/outbound access, that corresponds with company policy and law or regulations of the country.Assesses the current status of the global PABX system and infrastructure of the Company to proactively anticipate future needs of Clients and / or the Company. Extends their expertise in PABX implementations in cases of Company / Call Center expansions.

Job Qualification:

Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology, Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication) or equivalent.At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.Applicants must be willing to work in Taguig
