Job Description

The E-Commerce Sales Specialist handles an e-commerce channel/s and is responsible for achieving the revenue and profit of the channel assigned. The role is responsible for the smooth performance, good user experience, visually appealing and accurate up to date content of the assigned channel.

Qualifications:

Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree in Business Administration (Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or other related field).With experience working in e-commerce; familiar with Lazada, Shopee and/or Shopify.Knowledge in generating monthly sales reports; advanced presentation skills.Prior experience in e-commerce is an advantage.Good communication skills both oral and written.Internet and computer savvy professional.Excellent time management skill, result-oriented, and organized individual.Proficient in Microsoft applications, specifically in Excel.

Responsibilities:

Monitor the sales revenue and net profit of the assigned ecommerce channel.Inspect the landing pages, product information, checkout options, and all other pertinent website-related systems to ensure their visual appeal, accuracy and ease of use.Forecast sales figures and inventory requirements for assigned ecommerce channel.Execute and monitor all merchandising activities including special campaigns, exhibits, product promotions, price promotions, etc.Ensure all available products for sale are uploaded on time in the assigned E-commerce channel (Website, Lazada, Zalora, Shopee, etc.).Initiate or joins Mega Campaign sales events (11.11, 12.12, etc.).Review and monitors Inventory Movement Report, Item Sales Report and Delivery Receipt statuses.evaluate fast- and slow-moving products weekly.Ensure and maintains a healthy inventory level in the assigned ecommerce channel.Effectively communicates in verbal and non-verbal form with team members.Consolidate and analyze results of all activities and creates recommendations based on data and trend.Create and present weekly and monthly sales performance to the Ecommerce Sales Manager.Maintain open communication with online platform partners on merch mix and assortment, promo ideas and activities, and special event programs participation.Check and ensure that payment options and promotional tabs are configured correctly.Collaborate with appropriate stakeholders to ensure the rollout of website changes.Inspect and upload customers’ product reviews.Monitor website traffic and customer reviews to gauge responses to site updates.Team up with our SEO Specialists to increase the online presence of our website.
