Job Description

Industry Experience:

Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Criminology, Protective services, or any related field/ equivalent or appropriate degreeWith at least 2 years of security professional experienceMembership in external security organizationsSecurity systems software and hardware (installation)

Technical Skills:

Security systems software and hardware (Operations)Proficiency in using MS Excel, Word, and PowerPointEmergency management experienceTechnical Report Writing Project ManagementInvestigation Skills

As part of our growth, your tasks will be:

· Conduct office inspection and effectively monitor office premises via surveillance system and take appropriate professional remedial action to events seenUndertake operation of all security systems equipment such as CCTV, DACS, Fire Detection and Alarm System (FDAS), Public Address System, and others on rotating shift patterns, 365 days a year, including weekends and holidays.Carry out regular equipment checks and basic security systems equipment troubleshooting, and report all equipment faults to immediate superior.Support in monitoring performance of security service provider and in conducting daily Security Briefing to reiterate with them their responsibilities, address concerns immediately, and communicate process updates for implementation, in case Security Operations OIC is not available.Cater through ticketing system the customer requests related to employee ID printing, access enrollment and revocation, locks and keys, investigations, and other security services.Ensure that only authorized personnel is granted access in office premises and critical rooms where restricted company physical and information assets are stored.Observe the established procedure in processing, recording, and tagging of personal information (Employee ID and Signature, CCTV, and DACS data).Produce and maintain continuity of all detailed records or evidential material required in a clear, concise, legible accurate format. This includes an incident log, CCTV/ DACS management records, evidence records, and other documentation in accordance with the company’s systems and procedures.Support emergency response activities and investigation efforts on any events related to physical securityCarry out such other duties as the Security Operations Team Leader/ Manager, Head of Facilities, and/ or CFO may properly be required from time to time.
