nitor office premises via surveillance system and take appropriate professio
nal remedial action to events seenUndertake operation of all security systems equipment such as CCTV, DACS, Fire Detection and Alarm System (FDAS), Public Address System, and others on rotating shift patterns, 365 days a year, including weekends and holidays.Carry out regular equipment checks and basic security systems equipment troubleshooting, and report all equipment faults to immediate superior.Support in mo
nitoring performance of security service provider and in co
nducting daily Security Briefing to reiterate with them their responsibilities, address co
ncerns immediately, and communicate process updat
es for implementation, in case Security Operations OIC is not available.Cater through ticketing system the customer requests related to employee ID printing, access enrollment and revocation, locks and keys, investigations, and other security services.Ensure that o
nly authorized perso
nnel is granted access in office premises and critical rooms wher
e restricted company physical and information assets are stored.Observe the established procedure in processing, recording, and tagging of perso
nal information (Employee ID and Signature, CCTV, and DACS data).Produce and maintain co
ntinuity of all detailed records or evidential material required in a clear, concise, legible accurate format. This includes an incident log, CCTV/ DACS management records, evidence records, and other docu
mentation in accordance with the company’s systems and procedures.Support emergency respo
nse activities and investigation efforts on any events related to physical securityCarry out such other duties as the Security Operations Team Leader/ Manager, Head of Facilities, and/ or CFO may properly be required from time to time.
