Responsibilities
Act as the point of co
ntact among Leaders, employees, clients and other external partners Manage calendar as well as proactively prepare for meetings and follow through, as necessary. Handle a wide variety of activities and co
nfidential matters with great discretion and professio
nal poise. Develop, enhance, edit, and maintain a wide range of docu
ments, including contracts, meeting notes, reports, charts, agreements, correspondence, and presentations. This includes communication and correspo
ndence that may be of complex and co
nfidential nature. Coordinate and support a variety of Recruitment initiatives and programs across the department. Manage end-to-end sales process from Lead Qualification, to Respo
nding to Client Queries, to Solution Definition, to Proposal Creation, to Setting Expectations on Terms, to Negotiations, to Closure. Maintain and updat
e Team project tracker - tracking of tasks Provision of weekly project reports to show current status and at-risk areas Assist with the coordination of events Coordination of Team meetings, managing agendas, minutes and coordination of action points Development of project management related reporting and process docu
mentation
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in any field At least 5 years of experience in executive administrative and project support, preferably from BPO, RPO, or Staffing Companies. Experience with Recruitment and Marketing highly preferred Strong organizatio
nal and communication skills, both verbal and written Demo
