Accounts Payable Specialist

Schedule: Mondays to Fridays 6AM-3PM

Headcount Needed: 1

Key Responsibilities:

Customer contract loadingCustomer portal loadingWill be responsible in processing an average of 2,500 invoices per monthPerforming data entry (transactional data)Account reconciliation and reporting of AU/NZ invoices.Collating supplier payment runExpected to have limited email/call communication with external customers.To report directly with the Australian team (Finance Officer)Constant and open communication with colleaguesAd hoc tasks that may be assigned by immediate supervisor

Qualifications:

At least a College Diploma or equivalent industry experienceA minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar roleIntermediate ability in Microsoft ExcelExperience in Xero is a plusAbove average communication skills
