This position is responsible for evaluating suppliers, products, and services, negotiating contracts. Oversee purchasing activities, from providing quotations, processing invoices, processing purchase orders, lodging orders and ensure that purchased items are both cost-efficient and of high quality.
The IT Procurement Associate's responsibilities include providing guidelines to requesting parties on the proper procurement process, maintaining positive supplier relations, evaluating supply options, processing purchases, and maintaining accurate records.
IT Procurement and Asset Management Associate will act as the central point of contact for all IT requirements related to:
Data entry of asset details in EAMS.Record all asset movement in EAMS and comply to the defined process.Respo

Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, MIS or similar program; or equivalent work experienceMust have at least 1 to 2 years’ experience in IT Procurement and Asset Management.Must have experience in the procurement of IT Assets (Hardware, Software, Telco, etc.)ITIL experience and qualification would be an advantageStrong negotiation and analytical skills
