Administrative
▪ Manage the Operations Team on the implementation and sustainability of quality process, activities and standards to promote excellent service to clients and stakeholders.
▪ As appropriate, co-ordinate/execute operations & deliverables. promptly ascertain advice on next steps & take actions where relevant. Involve operations team and other relevant department in the deliberation process, seeking advisory from management leads.
▪ Capitalize on strong client relationship at the operational level to resolve issues & facilitate efficient delivery of services.
▪ Familiarize the business process & share operational experiences with the team.
▪ Administer the implementation & deployment of measures, scorecards, KPIs and scope changes set by the Team Leaders.
Team & Operations Management
▪ Managing and implementing updated documentation business process to Team Leaders
▪ Assist in building Team Leader knowledge for document Specialist capability in processing requirements and applications with no errors and backlogs.
▪ Provide training, orientation, and refreshers to Team Leaders and documentation Specialist in partnership with concerned department.
▪ Set catch up meetings with team members in a periodic basis to provide process/ requirement updates.
▪ In charge of monitoring Team Leaders and document Specialist daily activities such as updates, follow ups.
▪ Monitor team member cases in a weekly basis.
▪ Provide regular feedback and assistance based on agreed service levels and requirements.
▪ Check skills assessment requirements and status regularly and communicate with the team.
▪ English requirements must be checked for validation.
▪ Check employment eligibility if acceptable and pass the minimum standard requirements.
▪ Communicate to the client-applicants on skills assessment status as required
▪ Monitor skills assessment outcome.
▪ Assist in follow up remaining pending for the document Specialist upon receipt of stage-1 outcome.
▪ Ensure requirements are complete prior to the technical assessment schedule.
QUALIFICATION
▪ Bachelor’s Degree Holder
▪ 2-5 years work experience as Business Manager/Operations Manager in any field or industry.
▪ With working knowledge and experience in business process improvement, quality and documentation management.
▪ Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
▪ Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
▪ Ability to manage time, prioritize tasks and negotiate effectively.
▪ Resolve travel issues, concerns and complaints.
▪ Excellent listening and comprehension skills required.
▪ Positive interpersonal skills with the ability to cope with pressure at busy times required.
WORK SCHEDULE
▪ Work Arrangement: Work-On-Site
▪ Work Location : Legaspi Village,Makati or Angeles, Pampanga
▪ Work Schedule: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM (Monday to Friday)
▪ Rest Days: Saturday & Sunday
COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS
· 13th Month Pay
