Responsibilities:Monitor the compliance in the submission of reports and the other documents required by government agenciesCoordinate with Property and Legal Departments concerning documents related to complianceDevelop and implement an effective legal compliance programDevelop and review company policiesRegularly update company record such as permits, licenses, etc.Apply for government registration of the Property’s companies (DOLE 1020, SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG)Act as liaison between company and regulatory authorities to make sure that we meet all the necessary legal permits/documents/requirements.Collaborate with external auditors and HR when neededCoordinate with manpower agenciesEducate and train employees on regulations and industry practicesOrganize routine HR Compliance training and audits - procedures, practices, and documents to identify possible weaknesses or risks.Study existing and new legislationAdvise management on the company’s compliance with laws and regulations through detailed reports.Create and manage effective action plans in response to audit discoveries and compliance violationsAssist in any HR/Compliance related tasks assigned by the managementQualifications:Must have Bachelor's Degree, in Legal Management, Psychology, Human Resource Management or Business Management, or related fieldsMust have experience working with DOLE Compliance in a company with foreign employeesLeadership and industry certifications will be an advantageUnderstands office management procedures and control.Wide knowledge of different HR policies and methods to implement them.Knowledge of Philippine Labor Laws employment policies and regulations.At least 2 year experience in HR related work.
