Tasked to meet/greet and assist all Priority clients for their basic banking transactions, serving as liaison of the EastWest Priority Center with RBG Store Sales and Sales Support Officers for general banking/tellering requirements. Also manages the execution of documents required to complete transactions of EastWest Priority Clients.Assists Relationship Managers in handling customers from different business parties and in delivering the right solutions for customersLiaises with internal departments and provides instructions to concerned parties on account maintenance requirementsSupports Relationship Managers in delivering efficient and quality service to customersServes as main contact point of customers support functions to ensure smooth account operationsConduct of proper AML/KYC Due Diligence upon on boarding.At least 1-2 experience in retail banking with familiarity to basic banking transactions; i.e. account opening, over the counter transactions, etc.Basic Product Knowledge on the ff:- Deposits (CASA , Time Deposit)- Foreign Exchange - Fixed Income - government corporate bonds- Local Mutual Funds/UITF- Bancassurance - Traditional VUL - Credit Cards- Personal Loan- Auto Loan- Mortgage- CBG ReferralCandidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/ Degree , Economics, Finance/Accountancy/Banking, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Commerce or equivalent.Fresh Graduates with Latin Honors are welcome to apply
