Job Description

Responsibilities:

Collecting timesheet data and payroll information from different stake holdersReview timesheets and attendance records and correct inaccuraciesEntering data into payroll and administrative databases and software programs.Calculating wages, benefits, tax deductions, incentives, etc.Maintaining accurate records of payroll documentation and transactions.Responding to payroll-related inquiries and resolving concerns. payroll reconciliations.Preparing payroll reports for audit purposes.Preparing periodic payroll reports for management review.Conduct regular audits on payroll procedures and recordsProcess employee benefit, like Health and Life insurance and statutory leavesDesign, document and implement procedures to streamline payroll processesReport to management on payroll issues and changes

Requirements and skills

A minimum of 4 years' experience working in payroll or a similar role.Proven experience as a Payroll Analyst, Payroll Coordinator or similar roleDeep knowledge of Philippines payroll process, tax regulations and DOLE rulesHands-on experience with payroll software such as SAP.Familiarity using Excel and spreadsheetsExcellent analytical skills & high numerical aptitudeThe ability to work under tight deadlinesDetail-oriented and able to work effectively with minimal supervisionStrong computer literacy including Microsoft Office applicationsExceptional multitasking and organizational skills
