Admin Sr. Associate will be responsible in organizing executive meetings and schedules, overseeing business unit procurement matters, and contributing to the development and delivery of periodic progress reports.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in business management, engineering, office administration or similar field Minimum of two years experience as an executive assistant/admin/secretary.Knowledgeable in SAP and MS Office programs.Make travel arrangements, such as booking flights, automobiles and booking a hotel or restaurant for official business trip.Full comprehension of office management systems and procedures.
