Job Description
1. RECEIVING PROCEDURES AND SHRINKAGE CONTROL            Ensures security measures and control                           Accuracy in processing of documents  2. WAREHOUSE AND INVENTORY MANAGEMENT                      Store inventory3. HOUSEKEEPING REQUIREMENT                                                 Enforces FIFO proper handling of merchandise Monitoring of RTV Disposals                                                                            Ensures on-time disposal of applied RTVs.4. PEOPLE MANAGEMENT                                         Conducts performance evaluation                                                     Ensures proper implementation of employee discipline at all times5. REPORTORIAL MANAGEMENT                                             Prepares the following reports                            Preparation of Delivery and Discrepancy Report                     Monitoring of Age Codes                              Prepares Summary of RTVs                                              Sending of summary of unobserved or rejected items to merchandising                                       Signing of documents ( sales invoice/Receiving Conformation) due for payment Job QualificationsCandidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree , Human Resource Management, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Others, Marketing, Secretarial or equivalent.Required skill(s): communication skill, computer literate, stress management skill, strategic planning skill, Attention to detail.Background in retail is an advantageWith at least 1 year of relevant work experience.Applicants must be willing to work in Ayala Cebu
