QUALIFICATIONS:Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Professional License (Passed Board/Bar/Professional License Exam), Post Graduate Diploma/Master's Degree in Actuarial Science, Applied Math, Statistics, or equivalentAt least ten (10) years of working experience in healthcare preferably in the HMO industryFluent in actuarial principles, pricing, valuation, profitability analysis, and reinsurance programsSharp business acumen and sound decision-making based on data and statistics.Financial experience managing and formulating operational budgetsAdept in the latest technologies.Ability to design and implement training programs and evaluations to measure its success.Ability to think strategically and lead peopleGood interpersonal and communication skills.Results oriented with good leadership skillsWilling to work on-site, from Monday to Friday.
