We’re looking for a highly skilled Actuarial Lead to join us.  WHAT WILL YOU DO:Manage the operations of the Department - Actuarial, Compliance, Contract Admin, and Utilization SupportProactively contribute to developing and executing the company’s business strategy through the provision of appropriate information, actuarial advice, and guidanceMaintain the financial stability of the company and ensure adequate financial reserves are set up and proper premium rates are being chargedAdhere to the policies and programs outlined by the Board of Directors and act within the scope of statutory limitations and strategies set out by the Board.    * Full Job Description will be provided to qualified candidates.   QUALIFICATIONS:Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Professional License (Passed Board/Bar/Professional License Exam), Post Graduate Diploma/Master's Degree in Actuarial Science, Applied Math, Statistics, or equivalentAt least ten (10) years of working experience in healthcare preferably in the HMO industryFluent in actuarial principles, pricing, valuation, profitability analysis, and reinsurance programsSharp business acumen and sound decision-making based on data and statistics.Financial experience managing and formulating operational budgetsAdept in the latest technologies.Ability to design and implement training programs and evaluations to measure its success.Ability to think strategically and lead peopleGood interpersonal and communication skills.Results oriented with good leadership skillsWilling to work on-site, from Monday to Friday.
