Role Overview:
• A human resources (HR)administrator handles the daily administrative and HR duties of an organization such as recruitment, record maintenance, and provide clerical support to all employees.
• To be a conceptual thinker with good organizational and time management skills; must be reliable and should accurately follow instructions with the ability to multitask and acclimatize in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
• Set goals in ways that comply with the company’s mission and vision and communicate them to employees
• Receive behavioral complaints and resolve problems or issues within the team
• Maintain and supervise timekeeping and personnel records including yearly evaluation
• Pass on information from upper management to employees and vice versa
• Work according to the rules, policy and procedures and recruitment strategies of the organization.
• Discuss disciplinary actions in terms of work ethics for Team Leads, QA Specialist
Qualifications
Graduate of Human Resource, Psychology, or Management.
Willing to work onsite in Burgundy Corporate Tower at 252 Sen. Gil Puyat Ave Makati 1200
