PROGRAM MANAGER, CPPS WORK
OVERVIEW:
• This is a full-time position, with a fixed schedule and a hybrid work arrangement
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
• Master’s Degree in Psychology or other mental health related field, or Master’s Degree in Management
• At least 5 years’ experience in a role related to mental health and program management • License in mental health field a plus

TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Ensures that all accounts under the CPPS WORK program are running to standard, with all services and products efficiently, competently, and ethically delivered to clients, in a timely fashion and in keeping with the CPPS vision, mission, and values.
• Coordinate business development strategies initiatives for CPPS WORK
• Communicate with program stakeholders for relationship building, program enrichment, problem-solving, and consultations.
• Supervise CPPS WORK staff and project managers by clearly communicating expectations, targeting engagement and growth, and reviewing job roles and competencies vis-à-vis service deliverables and client load.
• Ensure sustainability and growth by monitoring and controlling product/services pricing, billing, budgets, investments, and expenditures.
• Manage cross project resources, such as personnel, consultants, materials, collaterals, and budget.
• Measure success of CPPS WORK initiatives through service quality, ROI, net referrals, cost effectiveness, zero critical incidents, and positive client feedback.
• Working with the Operations Manager, ensure that the program is compliant on all relevant laws and regulations including Data Privacy laws and Ethical Guidelines for Filipino mental health providers.
