The Customer Service Officer provides Frontline and Backroom Technical and Customer service support to Apple Customers as part of Power Mac Center’s After Sales service.

nsible to effectively man all daily over-the-counter activities.Properly facilitate screening and receiving of customer product/s that require post-sales service.Accurately provide feedback to over-the-counter technical inquiries from walk-in customers.Properly handle/resolve customer complaints & co
ncerns both pre- after-sale transactions.
Job Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, of any IT/Computer related course.Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.Customer service experience is an advantageExperience in Customer Service or equivalent is an advantage.
