The work:
This role is looking for Writers to write, publish, and maintain partner and consumer-facing documentation. Work ranges from making small edits to existing content, to creating entire Help Centers. Handle multiple projects to meet our turnaround time expectations, while also maintaining high-quality content
Create high-quality reference, support, and how-to articlesClosely collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs) to identify knowledge gaps in contentDraft, develop, and publish contentHere’s what you’ll need:
Bachelor’s degree in English, Journalism or Mass Comm or other related fieldsKeen writing and editing abilityAbility to write according to our internal style guideExcellent communication skillsProject management skills Customer service skillsBonus points if you have:
