WHAT YOU WILL DO:

Responsibilities: Perform continuous monitoring and alert response, including service operation and customer support escalationsProduct and service operations, including continuous monitoring, alert handling, service implementation and continuous improvement.Collaboration with internal and external teams as shared owners of the infrastructure. This includes understanding the service and providing recommendations on service performance, reliability, and resiliency.

WHAT YOU WILL NEED:

At least two (2) years work experience in a NOC or SRE teamBachelor’s Degree in Computer Engineering/Science, Information Technology, Electronics & Communications Engineering or equivalentExperience in using monitoring tools like Solarwinds, AppMan, OpsMan, ELK, Prometheus, etc.Experience in handling Ticketing tools such as ServiceNowExperience in managing small technical teams is a plusTeam player, takes initiative, able to work with minimum supervisionTechnical:Experience in basic server administration (Windows/Linux)Knowledge in Router, LAN Switch, Firewall & ServersKnowledge in PSTN & Mobile TechnologyExperience in administering and troubleshooting virtual servers or containers is a plusExperience/Preferred Industry: telco, BPO, content provider, hosting, IT services
