General ResponsibilitiesA steward maintains the restaurant, bar, or lounge keeping the entire are clean and sanitary, cleans dishes and tends to customers' needs. Specific ResponsibilitiesStocking wait staff serving stations with napkins, utensils, trays, and condiments, and assisting the wait staff with all aspects of service.Clearing tables and preparing them for the next customers.Assisting in cleaning and opening or closing tasks.Scraping food from dirty dishes, pots, pans, plates, flatware, and glasses, washing dirty dishes, and putting them away.Sweeps, mops, and polishes the restaurant, bar, kitchen, and equipment.Assisting with unloading and storing stock.Requirements:Must have at least one (1) year experience as Steward and in Food and Beverage Industry Preferably with own motor vehicleMust be willing to be assigned in La Vie in the Sky, Malubog, Cebu City Must be willing to work on shifting schedulesMust be willing to report on holidays
Company takes care of importing and distributing food products from Europe. The company has grown in the past years and has successfully created new wine brands (the M Lhuillier wines) and wine for the masses (the Shanpelino wine). The company also imports olive oil, condiments, luxury imported dry food, fresh food like cold cuts and cheeses as well as cleaning and beauty products. All products are imported from Europe, mainly France, Italy and Spain with no products purchased from local suppliers. These products are distributed to HoReCa (Hotels, Restaurants, and Cafes), supermarkets and corporate clients.
