What we offer:

Minimum Requirements:

Excellent Written and Spoken English5+ years’ experience as a developer4+ years' working with C# and .NET1+ years’ experience with Angular or similar contemporary full-stack technologyA strong background in Object Oriented Design and Development with an applied understanding of design patternsA commitment to code quality and continuous improvementA solid understanding of Javascript, HTML, CSS, and web technologies in generalExperience with .NET Core and Entity framework (or other ORM technology)Experience with continuous integration/delivery and code instrumentation toolsExperience working in a Agile or Scrum environmentQuiet and distraction-free workspaceModern and reliable computer with quality microphone, headset and webcam for clear communicationFast and reliable internet connection (minimum 5 Mbit upload speed)Comfortable using time tracking software (Time Doctor)Must be currently residing in the PhilippinesAvailable to work from 7am to 4pm PH time (1 hour of breaks)

Duties and responsibilities:

Build and maintain high quality, modular and reusable code and componentsDesign and develop software solutions that meet defined specificationsAssist in solution design and architecture decisionsWrite and execute test cases to ensure performance and correct function of a softwareMentor and support the development of your peers’ technical disciplineWrite technical specificationsPerform design reviews and code reviewsParticipate in peer group discussions about best practice and ideal solutions to problemsAssess other developers performance and identify areas for improvementHelp to define and improve coding standards, processes and proceduresProvide guidance, advice, feedback and recommendations to management to assist in decision making
