Qualifications

Completed at least 2nd Year in College in Architecture or Interior DesignWith good communication skillsHighly organized and must have keen attention to detail and precisionStrong ability to work under pressure and can effectively multi-taskGood problem-solving and decision-making abilitiesPunctual and willing to work long hoursProficiency in Arithmetic, with working knowledge in Basic Algebra

Intermediate Skills Required:

SketchUpLumion (or knowledge on other rendering software)Adobe PhotoshopMicrosoft word and excel

Responsibilities

(1) Assist in the lead designer in design work and associated calculations

Preparation of documents and presentation drawingsDrafting of detailed working drawings (plans, perspectives, elevations, sections, etc.)

(2) Conduct site visits:

Inspect work in progress to ensure workmanship conforms to plans and specificationSupervise and oversee the direction of the project/s, ensuring client’s specifications and working drawings are followedPrepare site inspection reports

(3) Perform any other duties and responsibilities which may be assigned from time to time
