RESPONSIBILITIES

Plans and implements the development and preparation of landscape construction plans, specifications, estimates, and other contract documentsReviews and makes recommendations concerning landscape architecture and design, and makes final decisions about the design of specific projectPrepares shop drawings for correctness and conformity with approved plans and specificationsInterprets landscape plans, specifications, and codes and regulations related to the workOversees and conducts field inspections prior to finalization of landscape plans and as landscape projects progress to determine compliance with regulations and specificationsSupervises the preparations of design changes and revisions to construction plansFacilitates execution of landscape design for each project in conformity with the approved planEnsures the all landscape projects are maintained

REQUIREMENTS

Graduate of Landscape ArchitecturePreferably with at least 1 year experience as Landscape Designer or Landscape ArchitectGood interpersonal and communication skillsOutstanding communication skills both verbal or written communicationOpen for fresh graduates
