JOB SUMMARY:

To assist immediate superiors in supporting the requirements needed by various groups for the proper conceptualization to completion of projects and other related matters, ensuring that data are accurate, timely and would serve its purposes

OVERALL TECHNICAL FUNCTIONS:

Check and evaluate completeness and accuracy of submitted plans and documents of designers/consultants prior forwarding to immediate superior.Initial Checking and review of area tabulations vs. base plans.Update the planning and design supervisor/manager on the progress of projects and discuss actual or anticipated concerns/issues.Perform various hands-on design functions as may be necessary.Assist in defining/establishing the design requirements of assigned projects.Assist in the supervision and execution of processes including selection of designer / consultants.Assist in the establishment of Project time frames for Design Phase.Assist in the review of designer/consultant's work aAssist in the integration and coordination of various design disciplines.Conduct site visits and spot checking.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Graduate of BS ArchitectureRegistered ArchitectMinimum of 3 years work experienceWith work experience from real estate developer.
