This position will support the new hire initiative and is responsible for onboarding newly hired sales professionals on all aspects of sales and business etiquette, including their successful ability to sell products. This role will drive revenue and sales force effectiveness by explicitly understanding and responding to Sales & Sales Management training & support needs.
This role will deliver the training content and methodology required to successfully onboard new employees. They will train sales professionals on skills, industry knowledge, business etiquette, products and the tools to enable their sale. This role will also provide ongoing training & support for all employees. They will be the point person for Sales and become subject matter experts on key products and content sources required by their segment and role. This role will also provide problem solving and technical expertise to ensure Sales receives the maximum utilization of CRM and other core sales tools.
Accountabilities:
