Competencies: 1. Records Management 2. Report Preparation Functions: Assigned at the PROVINCIAL GENERAL SERVICES OFFICE - Property and Records Management Section, doing the following duties, functions and responsibilities: 1. Maintain an organized file of office documents in accordance with ISO QMS Standard and prevailing archiving/work safety model; 2. Assess files/records for disposal in accordance to the rules and retention period required by the National Archives of the Philippines; 3. Undertake the preservation of important documents of the office; 4. Prepare a report on the conduct and findings of the annual inventory of records and submit recommendations for retention, maintenance, storage, preservation, and disposition. 5. Perform other related functions, duties and responsibilities as may be assigned by immediate supervisor.
