HK Golden Mountain Property Co Ltd Inc. was incorporated on June 2017 by Mr. Zhu Jin Long – also the founder of Long Chang Real Estate Development Group in Nanjing. With comprehensive background in Real Estate development, Mr. Zhu saw the potential in the Philippines and invested in a 26, 103 sq.m. land in Diosdado Macapagal Boulevard inside Aseana City, where the first project of the company will erect. The land being strategically located inside the entertainment capital of Asia, will hold 6-high end mid rise residential condominiums, this first project will be named Imperial Era Mansion.
