ANVIC Engineering (Philippines) was organized as a sole proprietorship at beginning 1985 and incorporated as ANVIC Construction (Phils.), Inc. during March 1987. Through the 80's and 90's ANVIC contracted to the broad sphere of constructing with a diversified client base.
The new millennium brought the reality of globalization. The fragmentation of the various sectors of the local economy persuaded companies to be niche players. This ushered in a new strategy for the company. Focusing on its forte, ANVIC repositioned itself as a premium specialized contractor for medium-rise and high-rise electrical works. DMCI Homes is presently its biggest customer for this kind of service.
