PHIL PHARMAWEALTH, INC. is a 100% Filipino-owned company licensed by the Securities and exchange Commission and the Bureau of Food and Drugs to import and distribute medical devices, disposables and instruments; and all forms of finished pharmaceutical products that may come in the form of capsules, tablets, syrups, suspensions, oitnment, cream gels, aerosols, inhalation, anesthetics and parenteral products. The company was established and incorporated on the 10th of February 1993 in response to the clarion call of the government to all existing and newly-established pharmaceutical companies to actively participate in the implementation and fulfillment of a new health policy contained in the generic Act of 1988, aimed of alleviating the burden of the sick and poverty-stricken majority, by encouraging them to offer affordable and quality medicines. From an almost insignificant start, PHIL PHARMAWEALTH, INC. had managed to surmount the challenge of having to register and import its own product lines, now currently numbering 300. Even as the majority of the pharmaceutical companies are into the manufacture and distribution of oral preparations, PHIL PHARMAWEALTH, INC. opted to be unique in its marketing and social goals by establishing a niche in the undoubtedly more life-saving products: THE INJECTIONS.
