PHIL PHARMAWEALTH, INC. is a 100% Filipino-owned company licensed by the Securities and exchange Commission and the Bureau of Food and Drugs to import and distribute medical devices, disposables and instruments; and all forms of finished pharmaceutical products that may come in the form of capsules, tablets, syrups, suspensions, oitnment, cream gels, aerosols, inhalation, anesthetics and parenteral products.


The company was established and incorporated on the 10th of February 1993 in response to the clarion call of the government to all existing and newly-established pharmaceutical companies to actively participate in the implementation and fulfillment of a new health policy contained in the generic Act of 1988, aimed of alleviating the burden of the sick and poverty-stricken majority, by encouraging them to offer affordable and quality medicines.
