KCD Builders Corporation’s success is built upon solid experience in the industry – three decades – and much longer than that, in fact, from out of the overseas postings of our prime-mover.


Chairman of the Board & CEO Celso C. Dioko earned his keep as a young OFW in Saudi Arabia and Libya, specializing in civil works, steel fabrication, metal cladding and insulated roofing installation, air ventilation systems, among others. He was involved in major projects in the region: the King Abdul Aziz International Airport, Yanbu Pretrochemical Refinery, Arabian Homes, and ARAMCO, rounding off his ten year-stint working for Krupp for the construction of the world’s largest steel manufacturing complex.
