ABOUT AMCA AMCA Finefoods Inc. is the Commissary arm of the Amici and Cara Mia Group – a fast growing MULTI-BRAND FOOD COMPANY focused on CASUAL DINING and rapidly expanding FOOD PRODUCT RETAIL outlets, known for authentic Italian cuisine (AMICI) and delectable cakes and gelato (CARA MIA). AMCA currently supplies the product requirements of the roughly 30 stores between the two brands, and rapidly growing. Our roots trace back to the kitchen of Amici di Don Bosco in Makati, where Italian coffee and gelato, wood-fire oven baked pizzas and homemade pastas were made to delight patrons from all over the metro.   Today, our Commissary is situated in Cainta (near Pasig), where a state-of-the-art Production Plant is operating to accommodate the growing demands of the market.
