Mind Concept General Construction Inc., a general construction and interior design firm, owned by a Filipino businessman President Joel Garcia founded on June 2010. Established by well-experienced and outstanding local engineers, architects, and management individuals driven by the desire to provide its client the best there is in development and project management.



In line with the government’s thrust to move on towards modernization and development, the company responded and has, since then, become an innovative partner in the design and building of various commercial, industrial and institutional facilities.
