Argus Development Corporation was incorporated on September 1, 1988 by a group of experienced and enterprising, relatively young men with 30 years or more of professional practice as middle managers in major construction companies. Through the years they nurtured and trained a competent, effective and loyal work force.As a start, Argus was busy with DECS school building programs all over Luzon and Metro Manila. We were then engaged in the various office renovations, TELECOM works of SMART, Globe, Ericsson, Huawei, Bayantel and Motorola from Pagud-pud, throughout the Visayas up to Zamboanga City.
