JT Steel System Corporation was established in 2001 by Architect Filomeno Tiu, Jr. who sits as the company’s President and Chairman of the Board. The other incorporators who are at the same time directors of the board are: Neil Edward T. Tiu as Secretary-Treasurer, John T. Tiu, Rita T. Tiu and Irene Tiu-Pagan as Members respectively.


JT Steel System Corporation has an authorized capital stock of ten million pesos (Php 10,000,000.00) and a paid-up capital of two million five hundred thousand pesos (Php 2,500,000.00).


The company is involved in the business of manufacturing and the installation of pre-painted metal roofing and steel decking. It also is into trading and installation of thermo-plastic roofing, fibreglass and polyethylene foam insulation, pre-painted T-runner system, and light metal frames for ceiling and walling systems.
