Power Events by ThemeWorks Events ThemeWorks Events Company was organized by Miguel A. Miñana in 2001 and is recognized as one of the more reputable professional events company in the country today. In its ten years in the business, it has staged over 295 major events. Corporate Events Among ThemeWorks’ regular major accounts are Smart (Sun and Talk and Text), TV5, Pilipinas Shell, Taiwan Tourism and other smaller corporate accounts. It has staged product launches, road shows, corporate shows for Smart and TV5. Malacañang and Social Events Miguel’s involvement in high-profile affairs comes from a long line of events he has mounted for Malacañang. Miguel has staged over 60 State Dinners for the Palace since 2001 plus other full-production palace affairs and receptions. ThemeWorks staged the formal reception of the Asean Summit with 27 heads of state in attendance in Cebu. Aside from power events at the Palace ThemeWorks has co-organized some high-profile social affairs such as the weddings of brothers Mikey Arroyo, Dato Arroyo and Mar Roxas and Korina Sanchez and receptions for prominent personalities like the 50th birthday celebration of Jaime Augusto Zobel de Ayala, dinner-show reception hosted by the Chairman of the Shangri-la Properties worldwide in Shangri-la Boracay for President Arroyo among other social events. Intimate and Pocket Events With a substantial number of major events mounted, ThemeWorks has also done small and intimate events for corporate functions and social gatherings. It has launched several fragrance lines, has organized corporate cocktail events, mini shows, mall shows and pocket events.
