In February of 1986, the company was incorporated with the Securities and Exchange Commission as American Express Forwarders, Inc and simultaneously was given a certification by the CAB to operate as both domestic and International forwarding agent steered by its dynamic president & CEO Mr. Johnny G. Violeta, then, continuously been working in the forwarding industry for the past 4 decades.
