EUM REALTY INC. is a real estate development and management company involved in commercial and residential real estate projects within Manila, Cebu, and Leyte, Philippines. We believe in collaborating to increase the livability and vibrancy of our communities and we promote a culture of respect, imagination and sustainable creation as keys to improving our urban environments. Because of this, we have made it our mission to continually and innovatively combine creativity and community to develop sustainable business solutions that address local needs. Currently, EUM Realty projects range from residential townhouses in Metro Manila to a commercial strip which houses homegrown businesses in Cebu City to a socialized housing project in Merida, Leyte. Through our placed-based approach to development, we hope to influence the positive growth of the Philippines by creating platforms for local makers and creators that add value to the communities in which they are a part.
