2C2P was launched in 2008 as a Singapore-based company spinning-off of leading payment technology provider SinaptlQ (established in 2003) to fully serve new areas in e-commerce and m-commerce. The 2C2P online and mobile payment processing system has processed millions in dollar worth of online payment transactions and continues to process over 85, 000 transaction daily.    The 2C2P group is one of only a handful of companies worldwide that ate compliant with both web and mobile protocols certified by VISA International for Verified by Visa, MasterCard International for SecureCode, JCB International for J/Secure, and American Express for American Express SafeKey. 2C2P is also one of only a handful of PCIDSS-certified level 1 payment service providers in Asia-Pacific, covering both acquiring and issuing services.   2C2P’s product portfolio includes the Airline Payment Controller, 3D Secure payment security, online payment gateways, fraud management solutions, merchant/consumer wallet solutions, prepaid card solution and offline cash-over-the-counter payments services. 2C2P has local offices in Singapore, Thailand, Malaysia, Indonesia, Hong Kong, Myanmar, Cambodia and the Philippines; and maintains partnership around the globe, in countries like China, Korea, Japan, Russia, Kazakhstan, and other regions like Europe. With the continued expansion of 2C2P worldwide, 2C2P Philippines, Inc. was registered in 2014 and fully represented by a local team by 2016. 2C2p created the Philippines office to directly cater and manage projects with key partners in the country
